Quotes and scope
All work is delivered against a written quote and scope. Changes outside that scope are quoted separately before proceeding.
Payments
Projects typically require a deposit to commence, with the balance due on completion. Ongoing services are billed monthly in advance.
Timelines
We commit to agreed timelines provided content, approvals and access are supplied promptly.
Ownership
On final payment, you own your website, content and custom code. Third-party licences remain subject to their own terms.
Warranty and support
We fix defects in our own work free of charge for 30 days after launch. Ongoing care plans cover updates, security and changes beyond that.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service. Nothing here limits rights under Australian Consumer Law.
